Shopping Process

1. Browse the product category from the menu bar or search the product directly by using the search bar to look for your favourite products

2. Click the product you want and go to the product page. More information related to the product will be shown in this page, for example, the size chart, product photo with different angles, and the product information. (Product shots are for reference only)

3. Select the size of the product you want and click “ADD TO CART” to add the product selected into the shopping cart. For Catalog and Marathon Online Shop members, you can add the desired products to wish list so you can find them easily for later purchase

4. Click the shopping bag icon from the top right corner of the page after placing all the products you wish to purchase

5. Click “View Cart or Checkout” to go to the shopping cart

6. Enter Discount Code under the column of “Apply Discount Code” or apply e-Gift card under the column of “Apply e-Gift card” then click “Apply”

7. Confirm the order detail, the discount you have (if any) and the order summary in the shopping cart page

8. Click “Proceed to Checkout” to proceed checkout directly

9. Log in to your account or register as a member

10. Select the shipment type you want and enter/select the address and shipping information

11. Click “PROCEED TO PAYMENT” and make the payment via AsiaPay.

12. Accept your delivery based on the shipment type you choose

At this moment, we accept online payment using VISA, Visa Instalments, MASTERCARD, American Express, UnionPay, Diner Club International, Discover, Alipay HK, WeChat Pay HK, Octopus Card, Tap & Go, Payme, and BOC Pay.


Promotion Codes

Customers can enter Catalog and Marathon Online Shop Discount Code or e-Gift card during the checkout process. If the promotion code is valid, discount will be shown in the column of “Applied Promotions”. If you have entered the promotion code but no discount has been shown, please review the Terms and Conditions of the discount code or the e-Gift card to ensure the code can be applied to the specific product(s) you are purchasing. Promotion codes may have a specific expiry date or be exclusive to certain products.


Order Status

You will receive an order confirmation email from Catalog and Marathon Online Shop if your order is successfully paid. To ensure you get the latest order updates, please make sure the email address you entered during checkout is correct.

“Pending Payment”: An order has been placed but has not yet been paid or payment is failed. Our system will cancel all "Pending Payment" orders automatically after 30 minutes with no payment settled.

“Payment Completed”: The payment has been paid successfully.

“Order Picking” & “Order Packing”: The order is processing by the warehouse.

“Order ready to dispatch”: The order has finished packing and is ready to dispatch.

“Order is delivering to store”: The order has been dispatched from the warehouse to the store.

“Order Dispatched”: The order has been dispatched from the warehouse.

“Order arrived in store”: The order has arrived in the store.

“Order Picked”: The order has been picked.

"Order Cancelled": The order has been cancelled by our system due to payment failure or you have made a return request and it is accepted by us.

“Order Refunded”: All the items in the order have been refunded.

“Order Partially Refunded”: Part of the items in the order has been refunded.


Return Service
