Terms and Conditions of Marathon Sports, GigaSports and Catalog Offers (“Offers”):
General Terms and Conditions:
1. The promotion period is valid from 16 May to 17 July 2022 ("Promotion Period").
2. Customers must settle the payment with Hang Seng Credit Card, Affinity Card, Commercial Card, Business Card or Spending Card to enjoy the offers (excluding Hang Seng UnionPay Renminbi Diamond Commercial Card, Renminbi Credit Card, USD Visa Gold Card and Private Label Cards).
3. Unless otherwise specified, all Offers are applicable to Marathon Sports, GigaSports or Catalog in Hong Kong (the "Outlets"), and the online stores of Marathon Sports or Catalog ("the Online Stores").
4. Unless otherwise specified, "Up to 50% Selected Items Offer", "Gift Offer" and "Physical Outlet Shopping Gift Voucher Offer " or “Online Store Shopping Gift Voucher Offer” can be used in conjunction with each other, but any of these Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers and cannot be redeemed for cash or other products. All gift vouchers will not be replaced or re-issued in case of loss, damage or unused after expiry date.
5. All product photos, details and prices, which are provided by the Swire Resources Limited ("Merchant"), are for reference only, and are subject to change without further notice. The details, prices and availability of all products are subject to the latest updates from the Merchant.
6. All products, services and information related to this promotion are directly sold and supplied to customers by the Merchant who is solely responsible for all related obligations and liabilities. In case of disputes, customers should deal with the merchant directly.
7. Use of Cash Dollars is subject to the terms and conditions of Hang Seng Credit Card Membership Rewards Programme, and use of yuu Reward Points is subject to the terms and conditions for Hang Seng enJoy Card Reward Points Programme. 8. Offers shall be terminated upon closure of the merchant.
9. Hang Seng Bank Limited ("Hang Seng") and the Merchant reserve the right to suspend, revise or terminate the offers at any time and to amend the terms and conditions thereof from time to time. In case of any disputes, the decision of Hang Seng and the Merchant shall be final.
10. No person other than the Customer and Hang Seng (which includes its successors and assigns) will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provision of these Terms and Conditions.
11. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
12. These Terms and Conditions are subject to prevailing regulatory requirements.
13. The English version of these terms and conditions shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions.
Specific Terms and Conditions for "Up to 50% Selected Items Offer":
14. Up to 50% selected items offer is not applicable to labelled items, selected consignment items and consignment counters.
15. All selected items cannot be exchanged for other products nor refunded.
16. Up to 50% selected items are only available at designated outlets, please call the nearest outlets to check the availability
17. Selected items are available while stocks last.
Specific Terms and Conditions for “Online Store Shopping e-Gift Voucher Offer”
18. Customers are required to make a net purchase of HKD720 or above in a single transaction on 2 items or above at the Online Stores to get HKD50 Online Store Shopping e-Gift Voucher (“e-Gift Voucher”). First 100 customers in the Promotion Period upon fulfillment of the designated spending requirement as mentioned above can enjoy a special offer of extra HKD20 e-Gift Voucher, to get a total of HKD70 e-Gift Voucher.
19. The e-Gift Voucher will be sent to the customer’s registered email account after product delivery. For the details on e-Gift Voucher usage, please refer to the terms and conditions of the e-Gift Voucher.
20. Each customer is entitled to get a maximum of two pieces of e-Gift Voucher for each transaction. Please call the customer service hotline for details.
21. E-Gift Voucher Offer is only applicable to the Online Stores.
22. E-Gift Vouchers are available while stocks last.
Specific Terms and Conditions for "Gift Offer":
23. Customers are required to make a net purchase of HKD990 or above in a single transaction on 2 items or above at the Physical Outlets or the Online Stores during the Promotion Period to get a le coq sportif Tote Bag (total 4 colours for selection, the colour of the gift will be given randomly on a first-come first-served basis, while stocks last.)
24. Gift Offer is not applicable to selected consignment items and consignment counters.
25. To enjoy the Gift Offer, customers shall pay for the environmental levy.
26. The gift cannot be exchanged for other products nor refunded and are available while stocks last.
