• 1. Rinse gently with cold water after use.
• 2. Put the goggles in the water for 15-30 minutes to remove any chlorine or harmful chemicals that will shorten their lifespan. *Don’t ever use soap or detergent
• 3. After washing, leave your goggles to air-dry in a flat position.
• 4. Don’t wipe and scratches the lens.
• 5. Keep any touching of the lenses to a minimum.

• How to put on Goggles properly
• 1. Hold the lenses snug to your eye sockets until they’re positioned correctly, Hold in place with one hand and pull the goggle strap into place.
• 2. Keep the strap and lens in horizon position.
• 3. Check If you feel a slight suction and even pressure around your eye.
• 4. Re-adjust the lens position and strap length if necessary.
