The adidas Stan Smith shoes have long been established as a style with a focus on minimalism. In collaboration with Hong Kong artist Dorophy Tang, this version uses the legacy's foundation as a canvas to tell a story of tai chi, the graceful martial art form that is part of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage. Graphics created by Dorophy Tang in the artist's unique and widely recognisable style appear on the removable heel tab and tongue label as well as the reversible sockliner.
